SOCIAL WORK
The Social work Co-ordinator has led the work of the social work department. The Co-ordinators dedication zeal and courage to work together to make things easier. The core team is held every month. Before doing anything new the core team reconvened and took the lead in coordinating the activities by reclaiming and capturing the animator mark places. Core team members are the ones who bring the most ideas to the working level.
Emergency Cell – Emergency cell members meet once a year. Members are ready to work on any sudden natural disaster.

The members of SHG are able can maintain good relation with the convent, Financial crisis can be solved, The financial security of the groups was ensured through interest free loans, Many families can continue their children’s higher education, It is possible to share each other’s sorrows, ask for prayer helps and understand many, empowered many to come to the forefront and lead the community through workshops and leadership programs provided by groups are the positive outcomes of CMC SHGs. The members had the desire, knowledge and potential to grow their vegetables, fish and meat for their use. Awareness programs provided by groups to provide knowledge and inspiration to make the family and the country plastic - free and hygienic.
